  3. The Smart Notes application transmits collected information entered by the user into request to use generative AI to Bothub service provider generative AI. Transmitted to Bothub service personal information used in this service in accordance with the privacy policy, located at the link: bothub.chat/terms-of-use
  4. We do not personally ask for any information about you (All collectable and transmitted personal information is described in paragraphs 2 and 3).
  5. The Smart Notes app do not sell any content.
  6. The Smart Notes app do not require registration.
  7. The security of your personal information will not be compromised in accordance with this privacy policy and the privacy policy that located at: bothub.chat/terms-of-use.
  8. The Smart Notes app do not ask for location information through our mobile app.
  9. The Smart Notes app do not send news to email.

  10. Required Permissions:

    1. "CAMERA" permission is used to create note's photos and scan QR codes.
    2. "READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" permission is used to attach photos from gallery.
    3. "ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY" permission is used to send notifications from app.
    4. "VIBRATE" permission is used to notify user about wrong password.
    5. "USE_BIOMETRIC" permission is used for fast app login with fingerprint.
    6. "SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW" permission is used to display the application in full screen, this permission does not affect the visibility of the system views.
    7. "QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES" permission is used for the "attach application" function, the Smart Notes app does not collect any information about the installed applications on your device.
    8. "RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED" permission is used to restore the normal operation of reminders after a reboot.
    9. "SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM" permission is used to send notifications from app.
    10. "USE_EXACT_ALARM" permission is used to send notifications from app.
    11. "POST_NOTIFICATIONS" permission is used to send notifications from app.
    12. "INTERNET" permission is used for the "Use generative AI" ("Использовать ИИ") function.
